Refund & Cancellation Policy

Whitney Advisory Group provides customized executive advisory and strategic communications services.

Because each engagement is tailored to the specific needs of each client, the terms of every consulting engagement are governed by a separate written agreement.

Consulting Engagements

Project scope, payment schedules, cancellation provisions, and any applicable refund terms will be outlined in each client engagement agreement.

Deposits

If a project deposit is required, the applicable agreement will specify whether the deposit is refundable.

Scheduled Meetings

Clients who need to reschedule a meeting are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.

Digital Products and Training

If Whitney Advisory Group offers downloadable products, workshops, or online training in the future, separate refund policies may apply and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
